A hand tearing a page off a wall calendar that says “Don't forget anything!”

Tear off the page — and the whole day is already with everyone

The mental load

The list is not in an app. It is in one person’s head.

  • when training finishes
  • who paid for the club this month
  • what has run out at home
  • who needs the dentist and when
  • what the homework is and when it is due
  • who picks up today and who drives

This is the tiredness you cannot explain with “but I did nothing all day”.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself

  1. Create the familyNames and roles. Two minutes, that is all.
  2. Everyone gets their ownOne link per person — and the task goes to whoever has to do it. Nothing to install: Telegram for those who prefer it, the browser for everyone else.
  3. The morning summary arrivesThen reminders on time, with “Done” and “Postpone” buttons.
Type in your people — and the example below becomes yoursNames stay on this page only and are never sent anywhere.
One family day

This is how a day goes when the list is not only in your head

In the morning, everyone gets their own

At seven, everyone finds their tasks for the day in Telegram. Nobody has to be told twice.

Shopping lives with whoever is at the shop

Items are ticked off right at the shelf, and the list updates for everyone. Add something at home — it shows up at the shop straight away.

The reminder goes to whoever picks up

At 17:30 the reminder lands with whoever is picking up. “Done” is tapped right in the chat, and you see it at once — no “where are you?” call.

The rota runs itself

The duty moved on by itself: today the bins belong to the next person. Done chores earn points towards a reward.

In the evening, you just look

What is done is ticked. What is not arrives in the morning as one list — move it or close it.

No sign-up

Do not take our word. Open it.

Inside: a real family of five, a week of plans, shopping, money, school. Nothing to type — no email, no phone number.

And you can write there too. “Mark, 19:00, take out the bins” — who, when and what, it works that out itself. “Weekdays at 8, exercise” — and it sets up the repeat.

Quiet mode: the bot writes only urgent things, health and SOS. The rest waits.
Where your child is right now
Tap “Where are you?” — your child sends their location in one tap and you see it on the map. With SOS it arrives by itself. Only parents see it, and the point is erased after a day.
Not just for families

Busy at work? This works for you too.

Nidalumi runs a personal schedule as well: meetings, calls, payments, deadlines. Choose “Just me” and the family sections stay out of the way.

  • A task in one sentence“Client call tomorrow at 11”: the day and time are picked up by themselves.
  • Reminders on timeWith “Done” and “Postpone” buttons, in Telegram or as a phone notification.
  • Plan in the morning, leftovers at nightIn the morning, what’s on today; in the evening, what’s left. Unfinished tasks move with one tap.
  • Shopping and spending alongsideYour shopping list and the month’s spending sit right next to your tasks.
What is inside

15 sections, every one of them in the bot

Not a feature list for its own sake: the bot does the same as the page. Added in the app — it arrives in Telegram.

No two families are alike: what you do not need switches off and disappears from the bot as well, while the data stays. Living on your own — tasks, shopping and reminders are enough.

6 objections we hear

Nobody here is going to use this

One person uses the app — you. The rest install nothing: a message arrives in Telegram, where they already are, with two buttons. What lands on their phone is visible right now in the live example.

I already have three apps. I cannot take a fourth

It does not become a fourth — it replaces three. A calendar only knows time, notes never remind, a chat buries things. And you will not retype anything: your calendar connects by a link.

We tried this. The board, the shared calendar, the chat — all of it lasted two weeks

All three died for the same reason: they wait to be looked at. None of them calls out by itself, and none of them calls out to anyone but you. Here the reminder goes to whoever has to do it, when it is time.

You will never get the rest of them in there

Nobody has to go anywhere. The message arrives — “19:00, take out the bins” — with a Done button. That is exactly what they ask for when they say “just tell me what to do” — only it is not you saying it, and not for the twentieth time.

The kids will never tick anything off

Done work earns points, points turn into rewards and pocket money. A parent sees it and approves. They tick because there is something in it for them, not out of obedience.

What if not everyone here uses Telegram?

Then Nidalumi runs in their browser: the same service in full, it installs on the phone and on the computer and does all the same things. One difference: Telegram knocks on the door by itself, while a page waits to be opened — their tasks and reminders are in the bell when they come in. Whoever needs the reminder to catch them needs the bot too.
