Terms of Service
Last updated 10 October 2026
- Five days free, no card. After that, a subscription for the whole family.
- Your data stays yours. We use it only to run the service.
- Nidalumi helps you remember, but it is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
- You can cancel at any time.
1. What these terms cover
This is an agreement between you and Nidalumi (self-employed, taxpayer ID 189218224121) about using Nidalumi — the website, the app and the Telegram bot. By creating an account, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. What Nidalumi is
A shared planner for the family: tasks, schedules, shopping, money, school, home and reminders for every member — in the browser and in Telegram.
3. Your account
- Accounts are created by adults. Use an email address you can access.
- Keep your password secret. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- By adding other people to your family, you confirm you are entitled to enter their data, and for children, that you are their parent or legal guardian.
4. Trial and payment
- The first 5 days are free, with every section and the bot. No card is needed, so nothing can be charged.
- After that, the service runs on a family subscription, monthly or yearly. The base price covers a family of up to four; the fifth member and each one after that cost extra. Current prices are shown on the website and depend on your region.
- Payments are handled by a payment provider. You see the renewal terms before you pay.
- You can turn off renewal at any time — access stays until the end of the paid period.
- Questions about payments are settled by writing to support@nidalumi.com.
5. Your data
Everything you put into Nidalumi remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service: show the plan, send reminders, keep devices in sync. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. What is not allowed
- trying to access other people’s data or accounts;
- disrupting the service, flooding it with automated requests, or getting around plan limits;
- using the bot to send ads or messages to people who did not agree to them;
- storing anything that breaks the law or other people’s rights;
- reselling access to the service.
7. Reminders help — they do not guarantee
Nidalumi reminds you on time, but a reminder can fail to arrive: no network, a phone switched off, Telegram unavailable, an outage on our side. Do not rely on the service alone where a miss is dangerous — for example, taking medicine on a strict schedule. Nidalumi is not an emergency service. The SOS button only notifies your family; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
8. Telegram
The bot works through Telegram, a third-party service with its own rules. We are not responsible for its availability or for how it handles messages.
9. How the service is provided
We do our best to keep Nidalumi running without interruptions, but updates and outages happen. The service is provided “as is”. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us over the last 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data — write to support@nidalumi.com. We may suspend or close access if these terms are broken, warning you first where possible.
11. Changes
If these terms change materially, we will let you know in advance — by email or in the app. By continuing to use Nidalumi after that, you accept the new version.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the provider is registered. We first try to resolve any dispute by email at support@nidalumi.com.
